Orders must be received at least 72 hours in advance

Birthday, Thinking of You, Healthy Snack and Peet's Packs,
on the order form.
*Birthday Pack Delivery Date required.
**With the exception of the Birthday Pack, you may leave the delivery fields blank and negotiate delivery dates later with our Cal Care Packs coordinator.
***The Fall & Spring Finals Pack will be delivered on 12/11/07 (Fall) & 5/13/08 (Spring).

DELIVERY OF PACKAGES: Students living in the residence halls will
be called and e-mailed to pick up their package at the mail
room of their hall. Off-campus residents can make arrangements for pick up at their nearest Cal Dining location. Please contact Tete Lulu at (510) 643-8505.
WEEKEND DELIVERIES: Campus
mailrooms are only open a few hours on Saturday, therefore Saturday
orders will be delivered late Friday afternoon to be picked up Friday
night or Saturday Day. There are no Sunday deliveries, as the campus
mailrooms are closed.
PACKAGES NOT PICKED UP:
It is the responsibility of the Cal student to pick-up his/her pack
within three days of the pick-up date. When the student has been contacted
but does not pick up their pack, no refunds will be issued.
CANCELLATION: Orders
may be cancelled up until 72 hours before delivery with no fees. No
cancellations will be accepted within 72 hours of delivery date. Refunds
will be made by the same method of payment.
Please call us if your student has certain dietary restrictions or food
allergies to the CalCare Packs ingredients.
